We want you to be confident in your purchase.
7-Day Returns — If you're not satisfied with your PRO K02, you may return it within 7 days of delivery or pickup. The unit must be in resalable condition with all included components and original packaging.
How to Start a Return — Email us at preserveequipments@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
Refunds — Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Units — If your unit arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
